Instead of an outsider being antagonist, you become a spectator. So it's all in the perspective of how you are conceiving the whole situation at hand. And I found this is very helpful, this technique is very helpful and it's exercise in mindfulness and is very helpful in relieving stress, anxiety, panic attacks, mania. I could name several things that I've controlled my emotions with without going half cocked and going to jail or something

Hey, Marnie, thanks for these tips. I listened to it and took little notes. I think that these are super insightful and I like how you said they don't have to be memorized. Sometimes it feels like there's so many things in my mind and things I should know and should memorize. But I really appreciate the gentleness of this message and made it so welcoming and inviting
