Silent cries

I'm pretty new here. Well, I'm really new here. It's my first day. I just want to talk about mental health that's connected to loss. I lost my wife in 2018 to liver cancer, and followed by that, losing my father the following year in 19 and losing my mother in 20. And it's really tough. It's really draining the mental rigors of not seeing those people or not having those people still here with you is pretty tough. It's pretty tough

Hey, welcome to swell and thank you for sharing. I can't imagine what what that feels like at all every day, but I think your message is really beautiful to just keep. Keep putting 1ft in front of the other and trying and. Yeah. And that you speak about it, I think is really beautiful and really important. And I do think there's a lot of value for anybody who listens to think about this, to empathize or to feel seen in a similar sort of grief

That's one thing my dad told me when I was talking to him. Once we realized what was going to be happening, he said, he said, son, you're just going to have to press on. He said, you're just going to have to keep moving forward because, you know, of course, he had lost his parents, and it is part of life
