Why are some interests taboo?
And to that extent I like to share the information that I have about fitness to those who be like, hey, whether or not you're starting your fitness journey now or in five years, you'll have this knowledge. But what I don't understand is why people take such offense to it. I am never judging anyone based on their weight or for the fact that they decide to walk around their entire lives in sweatpants and a t shirt
