Training for the world.

It's so difficult for us to be disciplined, so then it feels like a chore or harmful. It feels like something that's bad and hurting to be disciplined or punishment. That's what I'm looking for. Excuse me. It feels like a punishment. So I'll punish myself. I'll discipline my eating habits. I'll discipline my sleeping regimen, whatever. Any habit that I choose, I'll use that as discipline. I'll work out more

The world will beat you up. So before I go out there… I beat myself up. With discipline. It’s like training. For life.

Sometimes when I'm really focusing on something, I'm curious what you do to maintain that balance and what are some tips and tricks you have to stay disciplined for anybody who may be struggling to stay on top of it. I know everyone's got their own little secrets and tricks, but I'm curious what yours are. And always open to a conversation to see how we can better expand and explore what that means to each of us. Thank you so much for your time. Bye

I want to thank you for the invite. I listen to your post as well as the response and very lightning and I hear what both you are saying. My perspective is that you'll tell you a story quickly how my father prepared me for the world. I was a daddy girl. My father was not only my father dad, he was also my friend. And he would always come back to me, what are you going to do? What are you going to do?

@dobbsty

You're not dealing with the pieces of life that you're supposed to when you're over there. If you want to do one thing, you use another thing. Look, you were scared and when you were ten and twelve and something bad happened and you didn't want to face it, and you're not facing it and you're not thinking about it
