I know myself so much more now. But in the midst of knowing what I will not tolerate, I have to learn what I will tolerate. What that means, what that looks like. I have to be wise with my words, wise with my time. I ask that you all honor or yourself be wise with yourself. And if you are not sure where to start, ask for guidance. Please don't just go out there and give yourself away without knowing that your pain is leading the charge

I shouldn't do it. And I think the rebirth of me, of loving me, of coaching me on, of healing my heart from people that I gave everything to and they just took it and threw it in the waste basket from the tears I cried. Transparency, being real with me, learning to protect me from the wolves. And it's amazing when sometime when you open up that closet of your life and some of them wolves look just like you. Wow

I've been in left field. Transparency is not for me. I know where every hurt is. I know the ones that ain't healed. The only ones I don't know is the ones that keep me out of being in a relationship
If you tripping and you ain't and you let them walk by, when you let the next chick walk up and talk to your soul mate and you know what's good then? I guess that's on us. But one day at a time.
