Third thing is talk to somebody about it or just talk out loud. Because sometimes you're your own therapist. If you talk out loud, I'm going to be really honest with you, because a lot of times, what people don't know is just be like, oh, I'm talking this, and you might be venting to a friend or to a therapist or whoever, and then now you listen to yourself. You're like, oh, that makes sense
