Daily Drive Episode 252: Burnt out=I’m out

Third and final thing is have someone to talk to, do an exercise, do something that will unplug your mind and do it mindlessly. That's the best thing for you, right? So when it comes down to it, ask yourself these questions of one, what is causing this burnout? Two, what is my plan of action for a day or so to recharge myself again? But then also ask myself this question. If somebody's doing the exact same thing, how do I help them out?
