So what are you working on? And then finally you have to ask yourself this question. If I lose my motivation, if I lose that I'm not going to get the results fast? Or as a microwave type of thing, am I willing to become an oven and be like, you know what, it is what it is, okay, we're going to keep going, right? And gym to me stands for growing your mentality, right?

My mentality and my mental health has to be not on 100%, but it has to be to a point where it has to be like, I'm better. Again, you're growing your mentality, you're not growing nobody else's. You're growing your mental state. You're growing the reasonings of what has been dragging you down. And that's just kind of the big push that a lot of people just need to have
