Third of all, get a hobby or find something that you can release your stress and you can make that to a strength. For me is sports. Me is going to the gym. Things that I know that I'm like, okay, it's mindless, but I'm able to do these things right. And then lastly, just ask yourself these questions. One, what am I doing to build my physical and mental strength? What are some emotions that I need to work on?
