But that's the thing of the topic today is, are you mad at the truth or are you mad at the messenger about it? It's like when you told your parents, hey, I wrecked the car. I'm sorry that I wrecked the car, but I just want to go ahead and tell you the truth. I'd much rather you tell me the truth, and I'll be okay with telling the truth versus being mad at you trying to cover something up

It's hard. It's very difficult, but at the exact same time, it is something that needs to be done. And I think that's just kind of the truth versus the messenger. You can get mad at the messenger all you want to, but you cannot get mad at the truth. I think that's the moral of the story today, especially in this pod. I got very excited listening and hearing that episode of Club Shay Shay
