A big example of that for me is I want to do so much for others versus I need to not, and I need to just do something for me. My boss and my fiance told me this best. They were just like, It starts with you. It don't start with nobody else. It starts with you. And you need to learn, and you need to understand that. And the faster you do that, the better your life can go
