Daily Drive Episode 15: You

It's that fluid of I'm just here in the moment, I'm here in my life right now. And that makes it a lot easier for them to go through their day. They can have snacks as far as later on in the daytime. They can play with mom and dad. They can do all these other different things. That's what makes happiness happen. Now, I'm going to save it for part two as far as my wrap up, but stay tuned for that

I think part of what makes you you is your lived experiences, your memories, and also the stories that you have created with other people and the stories of other people coming to you during good times and during bad times. You're up fabric of many consciousness and trauma. And so I think at some point life gets too complicated and we focus on the traumatic experiences. And that's when mental health gets forgotten, neglected
