What my aunt shared with younger me on dating and #relationships… #selfworth #Confidence #lifelessons
I'm going to just drop it right here, tonight or today, or whatever time you listen to this is know your worth. Your worth is inherent. Nothing and no one can decrease or stop your worth. I think Auntie was right. And had I taken her advice years ago, perhaps my life in some way would be different. But like so many of us who hear from our elders, sometimes you got to learn the hard way. You feel me? Thoughts on Auntie's words?

I love that. That's a great piece of advice. It's very realistic. But yeah, I do think it is the kind of thing you only fully realize once you once you do exactly the opposite, and that experience hopefully makes you realize. But yeah, I really like it. I think it's true
Thank you so much for responding. I really appreciate it. And yes, it's like Hindsight is 2020 and, oh, if only I had listened earlier, right? So definitely something that I cherish and treasure, and I hear my aunt's voice in my head

Yes, I will pass that on to my aunt Chris. Yeah. We all, in some ways, can level up what we have tolerated in the past, what we have allowed or settled for. And so I love what you said. I love how you phrased it. The elders nuggets still work. They still matter
