Do yall remember yall PE teachers?

So I was just laying here, scrolling through Instagram while listening to healing music, and I thought about back when I was younger in, like, elementary school, and it dawned on me. All of my PE teachers were fat. Well, extremely out of shape. I don't want to use the f word because that just be mean. But they were severely out of shape. Like, am I the only one?

Wow, this post really brings back a lot of memories. I think most of the teachers, as far as PE gym teachers, they were mostly either in shape or just average. But when I was in middle school, the gyms were divided by gender. So there was the boys gym class and the girls gym class. They had like a big wall in the gymnasium divided into boys and girls during gym period

I really think that's extremely helpful, especially now that obesity has become so prevalent in school age kids. I think it helps to have gym teachers that are in great shape because you want them to be that example that you look to like

Now, when I got to high school, I had, like, football coaches. I went to school on the military base, the foot. Some of the football coaches or softball coaches and stuff like that, they also doubled as teachers. Now, in the classroom, when it was like, I had one teacher, he was a football coach, very good at teaching the football team. But when it came time teaching history, you could tell that man was making it up as you go

Hey, Miss Cole, I forgot all about those damn. Those damn tests they had us do. Yeah. So, you know, like I said, and I try to choose my words carefully on here because, you know, nowadays people get offended by every little word that you say. So I wasn't referencing, you know, like, the heat teachers being big, because I'm just making fun of bigger people

So yeah, I wish I had those PE teachers instead of the former athletes because they, they worked us. They worked us. I specifically remember marathon triathlon runner who loved to make us run. I remember a soccer coach who loved to make us play soccer. Olympic swimmer. She loved when we were in the pool. That was her favorite time of year. Whatever else. What else? Those are the main ones off the top of my head that I could think of. Oh yeah

Back then, that teacher might have been out of shape and stuff behind his time, but the school was ahead of his time. I can never take that away from Europe, even with the schools we see out here in the United States right now. The way they had that school set up was it's still ahead of its time, even though it's offline. But I have to find a picture of that chair
