New Habit!

Good morning everybody. I've already put it on my Facebook and I've actually been thinking about this for a while. I just decided I woke up this morning and I'm just going to go ahead and do it. So before I actually go ahead and do it, I just want to let you all know too. So I've decided that I'm not going to use any social media. Really doing my phone on Sundays, on my phone all throughout the week

Not just for me on one day, but every day is limiting myself or not being so attached to my phone. My phone doesn't ring as much as it used to because I don't feed into the drama. And Facebook, it's just all just kind of to me, it's reconnecting with people I'm talking to your friends or family members, you know, reading a newspaper. It's something like that. I think it's needed and required

And then the bedtime routine in this person's particular program and a measure of success, of proven success, is being able to decompress an hour before your bedtime. And so for me, ideally I need to be asleep by 1030. So for me, I really strive to not be on my phone or watch TV or have any engagement with technology an hour before I go to bed

But when it comes to an evening routine, I do agree. When you're talking about the decompressing, I know because I like the sound of it and I feel like that will further enhance my focus. And me being consistent with everything that I'm doing is the decompressing an hour before I go to bed. Like right now, literally while I'm talking to you, I really just want to turn my television on and go to sleep with the television in the background

That one time I caught myself and I thought it was going to be hard considering that I utilize social media so much. But what I like about the fact that I did not use my phone or I did not engage in social media today was the fact that my Patreon account I worked on that. I got a lot done with that. I worked on my YouTube page. I wrote down ideas for my next episodes for my podcast

But I do limit my access to social media because it's not really conducive all the time to be on social media because it's kind of like drain braining myself, if that makes sense. It doesn't, but it made sense in my head but not coming out. But I do find this to be interesting. This is to be true
