They say they don't remember. They say they didn't hear me. Even on down to just doing things out of consideration for people I'm forgotten about a lot. And it's like I don't want to complain, but it's like I'm just to a point now where I don't trust anybody, not even my best friend, which is sad to say, but when I say those things, it's like they're allowed to get upset

And so I'm sharing that example with you to say you are your best cheerleader, you are your best supporter, and you know you best. And perhaps what might be helpful is to take the time to explore your feelings and emotions and responses to those feelings and emotions and your reactions and determine what works for you to get your needs met and how you're going to get your needs met
