And I shared this poem with her today because I remembered that it's a poem my brother and I often share with one another when we are going through a period where we're trying to keep our head above water and feeling really scared or just uncomfortable because we're going through some sort of transition where we're growing and changing in ways that feel unfamiliar
This is one of my all time favorite poems by Rumi. And I think it's especially important to think about and contemplate the time period and what was life like at that time when Rumi was livein, what was happening, and what was the ethos and culture of a guest, right. It's a little bit different than how we are. Yeah. I guess there's like Southern guests, right. But it's not the same

The one that I really loved and kind of really shifted my understanding and appreciation of his story, where he came from, and you know what inspired him and what drove him to do, do what he did and how he expressed his love was roomy's secret. It's called Rumi's. Secret. Room secret
