Watching Now | Euphoria

article image placeholdereuphoria | season 1 | official teaser | HBO
Obviously I couldn't because hashtag responsibilities, but I really wanted to because there are so many intriguing storylines that are set up in this pilot episode, and I cannot wait to see how it unfolds. The narrative voice with Rue is so interesting. The cinematography is gorgeous. I'm just obsessed. I will say I think it's pretty intense

One of my favorite shows! πŸ™Œ

The soundtrack is great, the script is fantastic. The storyline is incredibly interesting. It can be really dark and upsetting emotionally. I think I probably cried watching almost every episode the first time I went through it, but it is so beautiful and well done. And the ending. Oh, my God, I'm so excited for you to see the ending and share it with us. What you think, because they're so creative with this show

@liora Ep 2!

I just need to see what happens next. I'm not going to do that because I'm trying to practice self control, but it's definitely a show where if I had a free stretch of time to just watch it, I could totally watch this in one sitting. It's so good. And this second episode stressed me out so much. I was like, screaming at the screen. So I'm a little worried about watching more

Very emotional and great relationship dynamics πŸ‘Œ

I'm so glad you're liking it so far. Honestly, every time I've watched it, I have binged it pretty much all in one sitting. I don't know if I would recommend that because like you just said, a very emotional show and can get very upsetting. And I will warn you now, it's not necessarily going to get better, at least in the emotional sense it's going to put you through the Ringer. So be prepared for that

Special Episodes

But the two special episodes they've released so far, one is about Zendaya's character Rue, and the other is about Hunter Schaefer's character Jewels, and they're both not only very informative, but they're very well done. They're very artistic and they're very beautiful. They both contain very long scenes. For instance, in the most recent special episode, Jules is talking to a therapist for the entirety of the episode pretty much, and even just sitting in one room talking to one person

Ep 6!

If you've seen that, yeah, just in general, I definitely feel like they leaned into that, which was great, and I really felt like Jewels was like super into that a lot. So anyways, I am really enjoying it. I'm hoping my friend and I can find time to finish it this weekend and then maybe watch the special episodes next week

Finished!

So my good friend and I finally had a chance to finish euphoria the season so far and also watch the special episodes. Oh, my gosh. It was so, so good. I definitely left. I believe it's season two. I can't remember now if there was just one season, but wherever we are with the seasons where that left was so tense, so stressful, very dramatic. But in the best way. And what I really, really loved was the special episodes that they released
