And I do think that we can find little pockets of time, definitely to ease our anxiety and to dedicate it to ourselves. But I'm always interested in having this conversation in a grander scale of what can we do together to kind of change the way that things are and the way that things work so that we don't have to be having the Sunday scaries and fighting a case of the Mondays. I don't think that's anything to do with individuals
