When do we stop career advancement?
Or what is the thing that makes us stop pursuing career advancement? There are people that stop at 30, just reach a point where they have a decent job, decent pay, and that's it. No improvement whatsoever. And there's the other extreme that I mentioned before. So what do you guys think? I would like to know your thoughts on this
