I think it was some sort of alligator in Bolivia. And I liked it. It tasted really good. It was a mixture between fish and chicken. And the consistency, how it felt in your mouth, was not disgusting. And I knew what I was eating, but I was expecting something different, and so it wasn't slimy or anything, so I think I would eat it again
