And what could be the root issue while you're feeling down and say it, because you need to know whether it's depression, whatever, it's good to get it checked out and to talk to somebody, to speak to someone. It's good to have a listening ear to help. Another thing, do your meditation, doing your breathing. It's good to meditate when you feeling sad because you're able to clear your mind and then just focus on the hearing now and then
