Gratitude and new earbuds

But I only bring up a little note that this week I'm trying to work on gratitude. How gratitude can help change your mindset, help decrease your stress. And just thinking of different ways to invite gratitude into my life, I know for me, I can often find gratitude and prayer and counting my blessings, quite literally

@bluestarr22 gratitude series has been very inspiring!

Gratitude Journaling series and the specificity of it, getting specific with what you're grateful for or like if you're going to think of two or three things, think of them in like categories or specific prompts each day, I find, has been super helpful in this kind of flexing those muscles in my brain to be thankful that sometimes I take for granted.
