But when I step back and think I know that that is also my first reaction as someone who is neurodivergent, I can be having a great day and have a single frustration or quote unquote, bad thing happen
Whatever it is, sort of trying to see the more complex and nuanced aspects of it, but also then weaving in gratitude and just being grateful for. Yeah, I could focus on this negative thing. But on the other hand, there's this beautiful aspect, too, that I'm grateful for. And not to erase the negative, but to sort of balance it a little bit and recognize again the complexity and nuance there is in whatever it is I'm struggling with in that moment. Right

I love the introduction of grays around issues that can feel so overwhelmingly black and white sometimes and start off awesome. Interesting week.
