At worst, they directly contradict what you have said. Please help me to stay focused on the blessed promises, commandments and encouragements in the Bible. Lord, make me hungrier every day for your word. Help me to make Bible reading and meditation as much a part of my day as eating, drinking and breathing something to think about.
