#NCAA #NBA | Lakers Seriously Considering Bronny

article image placeholderUploaded by @Block24Media
I just think it's a bad idea and a bad look for LeBron James to push for the Lakers to draft him because I think all the skills are there. I think the talent is there. He may take a little bit while to develop into what any NBA team might think he could be

What is he possibly somebody going to do on a stage of professionals where these guys is like five times faster, two or three times stronger, know all the tricks and trades, will pick his pocket as soon as he try to cross over? The kid's not ready

I believe Bronny James has all the intangibles. I believe he has all the requisite skills to play at the NBA level. Is he ready now? Absolutely not. I hope I didn't imply that. But if you're looking from a business standpoint to get this young man on your roster in hopes that Pops will come as well or Pops will stay, then it's the absolute clear move to make. And then you got pops there to help develop this young man and a great NBA staff

I think one of you mentioned that. Or is LeBron going to expect him to be on the NBA roster, or is LeBron going to expect that he gets playing time? Is he going to expect that he starts with him so that they're playing together in the backcourt together? Just what is LeBron really going to dictate? And what does he mean by when he says he wants to play with his son and does he want to put his son in that environment?

But if you have to do this as leverage to keep LeBron, then that's open up a pandora's box, I'm telling you. Because then if someone else's kid wants to make it where there are other guys that's in the league, that kids are still young and thinking about playing basketball, if they can make it at a time where dad is still a great player, it's going to be some more altercations like this, some more situations like this

I just think there's enough there for a GM somewhere or an owner to say, let's do it. He's definitely not ready to make the jump. He's not ready at all. But man, he has the leapers. He has the shot. I honestly don't know why he's not getting more playing time. I don't understand it. I think there's room for him on that team to start, maybe, but I don't know

@Phil

Yeah, Phil, I think you're absolutely right. There's a clear difference between him and like Isaiah Collier and somebody and the other kid on that team. There's levels. And Bronnie just isn't on the level of those other guards right now. I don't know if he's a late bloomer or what, but he was a McDonald's All American with these other guys, so don't exactly know what's going on

Because Bronny is not a kid that thinks to shoot, but you have to shoot. If you're a point guard in the NBA you should be able to give twelve points. You should be able to get twelve to 15 points and get you about ten assists. If you can get 13 points, twelve points and ten assists in a game you're a good NBA point guard because they don't score. This is you talking about like Chris Paul. Chris Paul averages stuff like that
