Room. I'm listening to a YouTube video by Big Think and the author of the book relating to how to build a second brain Tiego, let me get the name right. Forte building a Second Brain, a proven method to organize your digital life and unlock your creative potential. So I'm listening to this and I'm realizing how his neurological understanding of capitalizing on technology in order to free himself. But then what do you do with that free time in that productivity search and pursue?

Yeah. A good friend of mine built his second brain, according to the book and everything. And he says it's helped them so much. Exactly that. Just to have enough bandwidth to operate on the daily without feeling overwhelmed, but also to learn new things and, um, more present. So I still haven't checked it out. I'm a bit nervous about it, but I think that's exactly why I need to look into it

That's kind of scary because so many of us don't really feel like we know anything unless we look it up. And that's kind of suggested in that interview that I was watching. You can always look it up, but we so much rely on our technological resources rather than our people resources in these days. And our people resources are becoming much more toward a refined and specific purpose
