What are your thoughts about people not keeping to their words?

What I'm saying is it's more like if you give, give, give, and that person takes, takes, when do you draw the line and realize that this person is not their word? Right? And would you consider them a liar? That's the question. When you are not your word and you continuously do that, do you think people would consider you a liar? So that's my question for today. Why do you think people are not their word? It is called integrity

But I feel like with time I've entered this different mindset because I always get places quite early or I try to I used to get really irked when I had to wait for people or when people change stuff around and whatever. But I feel like now I've come to understand I've met enough people that just are not great with time and have trouble managing it, that I've come to understand it, come to accept that it's their concept of time
