Its Sunday!!!!
The first step of happiness for me was healing. The second step was self love and the third was protecting my peace. Once you master all, you become unstoppable and you'll discover superpowers. You didn't know you had. Healing. I had to let go of childhood trauma and different situations that haunted me for decades. I'm not a confrontational person, so I held a lot in, which wasn't good because the should have could have would have played in my head nonstop
