So I just think that people should watch this video if you are feeling lonely. This app has helped me out of a little bit of my loneliness and then just reaching out to my friends and family, because when you do feel lonely, you do isolate even more

Hey, Blair. What an amazing coincidence. That's my term for coincidence. I don't believe in coincidence, but I think that things coincide with this all the time. I think this is fascinating. I have struggled with loneliness significantly in my past as well, and it obviously stems from trauma and childhood. A lot of the times, at least in my instance, I'm sure everyone's different, but it's. There's so much it can teach us

And at the end of the video, they give a lot of examples how you can combat that. They seem like very basic, straightforward tools. I exercise them. I am not lonely at this time, but I've definitely gone through period of loneliness recently and this app is what has helped me navigate those periods.
