And I know that because I've had all that alone time that I was able to go into my mind and make the tweaks that I needed to make and to continue to push forward and move forward through all the things that I've been through in my life. Because the trauma started early. It started very early for me, like many people. And there has just always been something inside of me bigger than myself before I even knew and believed in God
