I realize that solitude is my vice and I am self contained. Naturally, there's many reasons why I am this way, but when I'm going through things, I shut down even more. And obviously that's not always the best thing. When you're going through some healing processes, you actually need community and connection and a self contained introverted as much as I love my solitude, all that stuff, I made a post the day before National Hug day
