Meditation: Becoming a Champion

article image placeholderUploaded by @blairbearing
And if you go to another website which I'll describe in the comments, I'm going to find or list another way that describes these twelve steps that might be even more, I guess, appealing to some people who don't like the way that the twelve steps sounded, as the way that I read them from the addiction website. But here is today's daily meditation. I think self awareness is probably the most important thing towards becoming a champion

It taught me so much about the world and it also saved me from becoming an addict myself. And that's not always the case. So blessings to anyone and everyone out there. I hear you. I see you. And keep hope alive

And I think possibly maybe a successful recovering addict came up with that ideology of the twelve steps. And I think anyone can be a teach hear anyone. You can learn from anyone. And why not utilize what's around you to better you? And by the way, I love your voice. I think I've told you that before, but this post definitely hit home. It was a great post and I definitely appreciated it

@Chey

I appreciate you and as always the compliment on my voice. I remember a time when I didn't like it and my first customer service job when I was 21 is what made me realize that I had a good voice. But the voice has always been something that I've liked. I've realized how much power is in it and maybe that made me have a better sounding voice. I don't know. But I like yours. It's soothing
