Breakfast, lunch, and dinner; why?

That's going to require me probably to eat a lot of eggs. So I'll be eating those all the time. But why not eat what you want when you want? It doesn't have to be at a certain time. I know some diets talk about let's eat six little meals a day. What if you don't feel like eating that day? I have done the research on this. It's okay to fast one day a week is the most that's recommended for a healthy fast

Free rythms making you go wild

That's also what people try to do. They try to have some discipline, don't they? And they think if they start having many meals at many times, then they will not control their food intake. So some people create rules so that it's all right, or they don't cause problems to themselves if they get wild in their rhythms. One. Okay, that's my two cent. Cheers. Take care

But again, like I said, it was a mindset shift. Because when I first started going to this gym and really focusing on healthier forms of carbs and healthier forms of protein, I was like, breakfast for me is a waffle, two scrambled eggs, and some bacon. What do you mean? Like, what? And now I still enjoy those things, but it's not every day during the week
