Hospitals

So a healthier life, not with exercise, because that's not something my body can endure, but it's enjoying those people around me, people, places and things, enjoying my relationship, letting go of worries, bearing the past, and accepting the fact that hopefully after this last test, my heart is fine too. So that means brain, heart, kidneys, liver, everything's good and functional for a 54 year old man. Might have to take some cholesterol medication, and that's it

A different perspective, wishing you well

We need people to be there for us, so we need to be there for them, but not at the expense of not living fully enveloping and experiencing our own rich life. Because I found that constantly serving others pardon me, sorry to be clearing my throat, but constantly being there for others was stressful, and it was like a never ending list. Now, that's also probably due to the fact that it was a very dysfunctional relationship

@LifeOrigami

So good for you for getting out and starting a new life. That's kind of where I'm at. You have to grieve the old life. You have to change the behaviors, and you have to move on with the new life. And that's what I'm doing. And this was another wake up call that I still haven't done enough to slow down and get there. So take care. Thank you

Thanks for sharing your story

So that creates a whole problem. People basically suffer unless there are places you can go and get private healthcare and pay for it, here in Canada, if you have the money. And it's just very interesting where all the society's at. And I just think about all the blame, shame and guilt that was done during the pandemic. And it is still in some social media platforms, very, very prevalent. And so I really take exception to I've left Twitter. I've left Facebook

And I just encourage you and invite you to have as comprehensive and thorough a conversation with your licensed healthcare providers as you do your own research before you make any decisions about meds. I am not a licensed physician at all. I just like to encourage with love, everyone, to be as mindful of their medication and end do the right thing for your well being, which will in turn be the right thing for those friends, family and loved ones who love you right back

Actually, it was about three days it went away. But I know how you feel, so whatever it is, just try to relax. Because if that baby is calling you daddy and your significant other, I'm sure they want you near them. I'm sure they need you near them and want you to live a very happy life on the farm with them for as long as you possibly can. So take your advice
