And then there's the really deep underbelly the dark underbelly of social media is the number of people who use it to feed their ego. If you're not giving the attention at home, sometimes the person will go to social media to get the attention. And we can't always be on our A game. We can try really hard, though. I don't think there's any excuses why we can't tell our significant others how we feel on a daily

And maybe they just have had made some own personal decisions that put them in some unsavory situations in life and that they are recovering from. So that's who my message is for. And I'm no longer worried about what people think or feel. And I use social media for the purpose of getting that information out there

In terms of I wanted to comment, you talked about having an ex who was always on their phone. And I am huge on, in terms of traditional relationships, the man setting the tone and the pace for what happens in the relationship, what is allowed in terms of what that woman can do in the relationship. Now, of course, we all have our own free will

But it has become a place where people feed their egos, as you said. It's become a place where people seek validation. It's become a place where people seek attention. And there are days where I don't really care for Facebook. Of course, I have a business that I run on Facebook, so I have to be on there every day. I don't have to spend lots of time on there, but I do have to check in periodically on Facebook
