This is when my girlfriend was in town with her daughter, and her daughter isn't used to adults like taking interest in we played pitch, as she calls it, where I just pitched the ball and she hit the ball and hit it really well. But the other angle of this, when you're having a day where depression is winning I've used the phrase before, it's a baseball bat kind of day, too. When I'm extremely on edge or irritated, it's that last straw

Thank you for inviting me to this. Well, I get you. I feel you. When depression seems like it's winning, I have those days. I have those baseball bat kind of days. Now all I want to do is curl up in my my bed and watch Lord of the Rings. All three movies. You know, it's like 9 hours and nothing but movies. But you have days like that, and that's okay
