Nervous System Regulation - Guided Meditation

article image placeholderUploaded by @BigINNERgy
Now focus on your heartbeat, feeling its steady rhythm. Imagine it syncing with the natural rhythms of the world around you, bringing you into a state of harmony and balance. Continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically, allowing your body to regulate itself naturally. Feel a sense of peace and tranquility washing over you as you surrender to the present moment. Know that you have the power to regulate your nervous system and find calmness within yourself whenever you need it

Hey, Heidi. What a lovely way to start my day. Thank you so much for that guided meditation. I love when I stumble onto one of these. I hope that you continue to post them here. I think there's a very special, unique audience for these here, but I, for one, definitely appreciate them, so thank you

Hey, Heidi, I just came across your cast and it really piqued my interest. But truth be told, it wasn't the perfect time to listen to this as I was walking my dog and there was another great Dane barking at me. But you have the perfect voice for a meditation podcast like this. Very well done. And I've saved it to listen to it later in a more peaceful and tranquil environment. But wow, really impressed. Thank you very much
