Yes, I was a bit of a late bloomer when it came to tying shoes. I had a pair of what I think were Spaulding Hakim shoes with a holograph of him dunking on the side. And when you moved the shoe back and forth, it was like Kim cocking. Andy throwing down. They were dope. Second grade came and I still remember getting a pair of Nikes from JCPenney

I think Andy, he's real talent. But anyway, it's a really sick shoe. I was just obsessed with it and I'm super indecisive, so I put a lot of time and energy and thought into picking out that particular shoe. But yeah. For me, one of the things that I could get away with in the house was I would listen to, like, Run DMC. So because of that, I really got into superstars. It's a classic, timeless look, man.
