Hello and good evening everyone. How's your weekend going? Come, let's make it more interesting by today's. Swell. Today we will be having some insightful conversation around mythology with Amai Baradi, the author of the book Adidas. AMA is a student of 8th grade. He studies at New Bombay City School in Mumbai. He loves writing, making comics, creating art, giving speeches and researching historic and mythological facts. He draws his inspiration from Stanley, an American comic book writer

Hello and good evening. So basically I am 13 years old, living in Mumbai. I have already published three books before this one. I am studying in New Bombay City School. My favorite subjects in school are history, civics, geography, science and English. My hobbies are to read books, drawing, making comics, playing football and researching about histories and Indian or Greek. I got into writing field when I used to read Marvel Comics and got interested in it a lot

Ah. Quite commendable, am I? At the age of 13, you are doing so many things that, you know, students and children just look forward what hobbies they have or what is something new that can learn. And you are, like very much ahead of them. So, firstly, congratulations on your book and for the rest of your books as well. So, coming to your current book, Adidave, what made you choose this title and what is the significance behind it?

You. Thank you for your comment. And the question that why the title Adida and what is the significance of it is that everybody knows that Lord ishnu is having total ten Avtars. But then I thought why not? There has to be a totally fictional Avtar with my perspective I created my own Avtar who is unknown to anyone but he is having his own emotions, own family, own depth and own feelings

Hello AMI. So I'm mauri. I'm a law student. So my question to you is how do you manage your studies along with all these activities? Like you have written books all. So how do you manage your time along with these activities which you do?

@mayurikannan

I always plan to write books in summer, as in school. There are summer vacations and I practice writing stories. Or I manage time after completing studies and before the dinner. So there is a time gap for me to write

That sounds quite interesting. Creating a fictional character of yours with some touch of reality and blending it with the modern situations. Well, this reminds me of another question which resonates with your book. Like what were the difficulties you faced while writing your book, especially with respect to Adidas, since it is into mythology and fiction. So what were the difficulties with respect to describing the characters, allotting their personality traits and building the entire plot?

@authorsonali

Difficulties for writing the book defines what if a writer writing a book without living in his fictional world, which he is writing in his book? So there were no difficulties for me, just we have to practice writing. But there was a difficult thing for me when I was practicing to write in six years old was to maintain the flow of story. If you have to write a book with no difficulties practicing but another main thing is to visualize the story in front of you

@Kavya13

Writing journey for me started at six years old. I wrote my first six page story called Akman and this mythological character I am planning to implement in my second Adidas book. As this book is the part one of whole series and my favorite genre are Science Fiction, mythology and adventure books

Ah, that sounds like a seamless procedure to follow the writing patterns. So why did you choose to write in mythological fiction? And Adidive? Like, he is the main protagonist of your story, but what are the other characters and which character is your favorite? So, yeah, like, if you could elaborate a bit on your book for our audience, they would understand about the book in a better form

My favorite characters of this book are of course Adidev but some others are also favorite like Boogiemen which are demonic type creatures who kills brutally to many people. Boogiemen are evil armies of this world who are first starting to capture Kerala state and then they are planning to capture the whole world. Boogieman is an interesting concept in Greek mythology. You can read more about them in this book

Like, many like to listen to songs, they like to read books, they like to dance, they like to whatever they perceive, and like, interest in mythology and many other things as well. But what was that one thing that made you go, like, yeah, I can write too? You said that you thought that. Why can't I create my own avatar? So what was the the main thing that made you think like that?
@Amey

@Sushma_10

I read many books of Indian authors. They are also creating their own fictional world with some real life God. But I think that there are only few authors who are creating their original characters in Indian mythology. My interest in mythology grew when I first read a book of Kevin Misal called Narasima Vishnu of Tar which changed my perspective. That how can authors blend the mythology with some fictional elements. Also we were used to read tales folklore in childhood. That is also a reason that creates my interest

Boogieman sam Squirtly, an interesting name with a bit of suspense. So let's talk about what was the life shift or the perspective shift that you got after publishing your debut book versus after publishing Adidas, like journey back while publishing your first book and since I think this is your third or fourth book, right? So what is the difference that you have seen in yourself or a change that you have seen in your personality after publishing your four books?

Hi, Amey. So I was listening to this interview, and I am so very inspired by your story and how amazing it is that how bold and brave you are. The way you talk, your vocabulary is all so very inspiring. I just have one question that when you got into the writing field, what made you want to publish a book? What made you believe in yourself and go out there at such a young age to publish a book? Because there are writers out there
@Amey

@charvi24

My way to publish book starts when I heard author interviews, when they inspired many young generations to write. Writing is a main and good part in our lives. As the writing improves our vocabulary and how to write paragraphs, essays it also improves how we have to talk with a person. Yes, that. Stuff like that we can learn. That why writing is important in our life
