So before we directly dive deep into some super interesting conversation, let me take a moment to introduce Sanath Sabrewal to everyone. Sanath subsequently altered his course and embarked on the path of law while simultaneously nurturing an e commerce venture. His commitment to both his legal studies and entrepreneurial underwears is steadfast. His thirst for knowledge extends beyond the boundaries of just academics and he is also an avid reader finding solace and inspiration within the pages of books

Hello. So good evening and thank you very much for inviting me in your podcast. So you asked me very interesting question in the beginning. Well, the decision to write a book about nirvana and cell discovery was primarily inspired by my passion for reading as well as my deep interest in exploring cultural and ideological concept. As I dewelled into various books and immersed myself in the cultural surrounding these topics, I become increasingly motivated to share insight and knowledge through a written book

That's amazing. And when we talk about life, obviously, you know, our life entirely revolves around self discovery, to know about our passion, to know about our purpose of living. Because without purpose, living makes no sense, right? So definitely we dive deep into finding the purpose when we start the journey towards self discovery

As per the Vedas, in Vedic philosophy, moksha refers to liberation or enlightenment, and it's considered the ultimate goal of human life. You know, the concept suggests that through self realization, understanding the true nature of reality, and breaking free from the cycle of birth and death, individual can attain a state of eternal bliss and unity with the universe. The pursuit involve a deep understanding of oneself, one relationship with the cosmos, and the transient nature of reality

Absolutely true and Vedas definitely give us a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to life, when it comes to moksh. And yes, it is the ultimate, I would say goal of life, to attain moksh. So talking about nirvana and while writing the book, like when you started with your book, writing the entire your copy, the manuscript, what were your personal experiences? How has the journey been about writing the book and how did you explore so many concepts?

But my book is little bit special because it focus on particularly on one thing that is Nirvana. And according to this modern world, I believe that the young generation will love to read this kind of content. And the way I had written, I believe that a young generation will love it and it will be easy for them to read and understand

The pleasure is all mine, Sanath. And first of all, thank you so much for sharing the behind the scenes journey because these kind of incidents when readers are aware of, they tend to relate more with the book and when they know the journey of an author and how they came up with this content, I think they resonate better. So firstly, thank you for sharing that and definitely true that today's younger generation are much more interested to read these kind of works

So yes, Sonari, you are absolutely right that practice makes the man perfect. But I believe that if a man perform a practice on a particular thing for a long period of time and if he or she is not able to make that practice is the part of life. And I believe that there is a no meaning of practice. So yes, practice is very important if you want to achieve nirvana. Because there are certain things which require practice

But when coming to your book, as in drafting the manuscript, because before the final stages of publishing, you have to undergo some technical elements like editing, formatting, proofreading, submitting the drafts, and then compiling it in a form of a proper and scripted manuscript before it goes for the final publication. So how was that journey? Was this something new that you learned? What did this publishing journey actually teach you?

So yes, sonali, I love to share my experience of publishing my book. So it's a quite interesting experience, quite difficult for me because I don't know how to do these kind of things. So yes, this part is really an interesting part of my journey. So after the completion of my book so I was sitting at my home. So I was thinking that what should I do with this book?

And now coming to the next question and the last one, what I would like to ask is any suggestions or any tips that you would like to give to someone who is starting out their writing journey? As in, what can they consider and how can they start out without the fear of judgment? Because what happens usually when someone is new into writing, the fear of judgment, that what people will think. How would someone judge me for what kind of writing am I doing?
