Winter Love

article image placeholderUploaded by @Bibliophile
Greetings to all. A very happy new year to you all and your families. Today I am going to recite one of my poem winter love, which is a part of my book, pastures of wildest. I wrote this poem during this time last year and I wrote it in the romantic vein. Although I am not much of a romanticist right now, but I could clearly recall that I wrote this poem and couple of other poems in the similar vein. So here goes my poem, winter love

Hi, Gunjan. Happy New year, dear. It's so nice to hear your poem today as the new year begins. And it clearly, clearly shows the emotions and the emotive way that you have conveyed such a deep, deep desire of love at some level

But then there is also blues and winter woes that I cannot overlook. So I think this poem beautifully embodies that. And winter and melancholy has a deep relationship in my opinion. For me it is. And I think you express it beautifully. Especially the last line. I'm sending you my allegories, illusions. And would you hold them for mean? How adorable, how painfully beautiful is that? And you are an exceptional port, Gunjan. That is for sure

Good afternoon, Preeti. A very happy new year to you. Thanks a lot for your generous remarks and so much of love that you shower on me. I am glad that you were able to resonate with the words of the poetry and you liked it. I have certainly weaved an image of a person who would laugh at certain things and who would mock at certain things. But all that is only my figment of imagination and it is not real

So I sort of have started believing it because I think this is just one of the facets of literature. So I really wish to write something higher, like experimentalism or maybe new kind of writing. I would like to do something that dwells in science or amalgamation of science or culture. So these things are. I have tried to implement this in this one, my poetry. So thanks a lot once again for all your love. Keep reading and keep providing me your precious feedback

Hi Gunjan. First of all, apologies for being late to reply as well. Actually I was bit busy with my MBA exams and then managing the office in between. But still, I could find time today to listen to this wonderful masterpiece about winter love and the way you have built, fully explained and described the things in such a beautiful manner. And every time you start reciting a poem from your book, your book, I always feel connected with the nature, with every line of your poem
