STRESS! It's not always bad!

So if we talk about physical environmental stress, physical stress is where we change the state of our body. For example, we feel strained about work. We feel overworked we are suffering from an injury, we are not getting enough sleep, etc. And environmental stress are aspects of our surroundings. These are unavoidable like air pollution, crowding noise. You can avoid these things, but this can lead to stress. There are more ways of environmental stress which are floods, disasters, earthquakes, etc
