So surround yourself with the people who are a little bit more intelligent with you because you will learn more things with them. It will help you in achieving or in learning new things and growing. Also smile more. Acknowledge people around you. Ego, attitude they are just some negative things. It's good if you have a standard, but it does not cost you anything if you smile and acknowledge that person
