Exam Fear and Anxiety Before It!!!!

article image placeholderUploaded by @Bha_vya
Honestly, I also got those anxiety issues while preparing, while giving my mocks, while doing my revisions and everything. And there are some things which I do to overcome my anxiety. Number one is I feel like in the past I felt that you should reduce your sleep time and give the time to your studies only. Just sleep for three or 4 hours and then study so that you can save the time. But I think this is wrong. You should sleep well

Part 1 @Bha_vya

It is better to be good at something and make it a career rather than be medium mediumistic in something or mediocre in something and to pursue that career path because somebody said so, because your brother does or your sister does, or your friend or your neighbour's kid does. So those are the wrong reasons to pursue a career path. The best way to test what you really want

Part 2 @Bha_vya

If you fail, you try to get 95%, but you landed up getting 85%. That's fine. I mean, life is all right. But if you are saying I somehow will get 35% and just push over and get past the passing mark, I don't know what the policy mark is right now, but that's lowering your standards

Part 3 @Bha_vya

I know it's hard but if you dive in you'll start to enjoy because if you are disinterested then what happens is this disinterest leads to a lack of understanding. The lack of understanding leads to low marks and a fear of exams. So the root problem is to understand it at the core level. And physics is fascinating, chemistry is fascinating, biology is fascinating, it's all around. You are a living example of biology in some sense right on
