Children today are not held accountable for disrespect and irresponsibility, and they become protected by parents who become the nightmare that teachers and administrators fear the most. Those parents become the ones with the loudest voice, and those that argue for the weaknesses of their child perpetuating the problem, creating an adult that only outside forces like law enforcement will be able to manage in the future. My belief is that the issues that we face as a society are the symptoms, not the root problems
