Teachers often make the mistake in believing that if they tell their students something once, they've heard it and understand it. Research has proven that kids need to hear something at least six or seven times before it sinks in. I'm sure this could be true for some adults as well. So teach your students about their school's antibullying policies and procedures and question them from time to time for understanding. Take an hour or so at least twice a month to review it
