I had been monitoring my condition for years in terms of where I was, in terms of my heart and other things, and I knew that I was having a difficulty in certain situations. I jumped rope, I walked, I weightlifted, I did all of the above to try and maintain my health. I'm 68 years old. I've been watching it since I've been 65

Hey, so glad to hear that it all went well and that you're taking care of yourself and that you were taking care of yourself to be able to do something about your health. So that's awesome.
