Which is we definitely know that our behavior has an effect on how we interact with others, the world and ourselves. But we don't realize what and who should affect our behaviour and what makes our behavior effective. And that is lead to the story after my face is we have to deal with toxic behaviour. These are behaviour which are toxic in themselves to our health as a human being. We also have to deal with ineffective behaviour
