The Twitter users who introduced themselves as flyers who could not be on the flight are slamming the airline and one of them stated the number of passengers left on the runway quoted were 60 and their boarding passes were scanned at gate number 25. One Twitter user reported that while passengers from in one airport bus could board the flight, passengers in another airport bus could not. The airline even offered apologies for their failure to personally reach out to the passengers who were left stranded
